Hello.
L900 RM-808 have 2 RootKey.
One for Rogers and One for ATT/e.t.c.
Try ATT firmware.

In ATT base pack are 2 - EN and ES. If not wrong.
Change to toher ROM - not possible.
Possible add langs via CanSender - but it ugly, to much moves and too much garbage at all. Useless in result.
Wait for WP7.8, maybe, Nokia add some Lang in roms...
It coming in near time.

Excuseme friend. My mistake. The phone have spanish lang. What I need to, is to debrand it

I think, your RootKey Hash seems to be : 8D46D4B7D643AF3C506945E7DA6386CCAA23D980
Any RM-808 ATT firmware.

Debrand is complicated process - seek to "Installing more langs on WP7.5 Mango/Tango via cab sender"
It consist much steps, but via this you can add some langs into any WP7 phone, sure in Lumia too.

There is not jus cid lock , it more deep. For change langs you can use cab sender method. Check some WP7 sites, instructions how to exists.
