card problem


hi infinty team when iam gonna be able to use hua activation on win 10 64??
its beam 2 years and still the same problem run time error 9.i buy another laptop just to be able to use my hua activation on bb5 tool dongle.pls solve this problem i talk to hua supporte and they say to talk to you its oyur hardware.thanks in advance

Actually it's a problem with Hua software but not wth Infinity smart-card but anyway let me try to help Hua team and solve their problem.

What is your Windows type? Is it English version or not?
What is your dongle S/N?

Run Infinity DongleManager - https://infinity-box.com/support/?r=5 and update Dongle firmware now

Now run Hua software.
Is it Ok?

i update the firmaware like you said update ok but when i run hua still the same aroor runtime 9

If you have the same issue after card update there are two ways:
1. try to run Hua at other PC
2. contact to Hua and ask how to use Hua software at your PC and OS

What is the result?
