tried many phones but no success.

It is Nokia server problems.
They can :
1. Migrate server - will not ve available
2. Remove Old FW's. I already told about that - if you need old FW's - download them now, while they not deleted.

MS no have reason hold FW's longer, that 1-2 years.

In some cases, when Navi not connect - probably some connection fault - restart PC and try again or use "Copy Links" option.
