Code Calculation error ,pl refund credts - GSM-Forum

Dear sir, I uploaded bat file for one X6 ,on 24-4-11 (bat file attached) i found code for other sets, but the code of this set is not available,but credits are not refunded,
I contected Mr. Mohsin who told me that ,i did something wrong,and the bat file was not ok.
whatever the reason was,But the code was not calculated,and if the uploaded file was not proper,i should have received my credits back.

Please best box team, I request you to return my credits for that particular phone,so that i may upload it again.

If you followed the instructions given by Infinity Support in previous threads then there should be nothing wrong with it

If you put wrong file for calc, spent server time, and after want refund money? Interest.
I apologize better not do any refund in such situations. We can guaranty 100% result in our SW reading, but not in other.

You mean this is the fault of mt box?. Not fair sir.

How could have i knew,before that the file was not ok. i followed the same procedure ,which i did for other sets.

It gave error straight away ,than how it waisted server resources.
NOT FAIR SIR.

i also uploaded file from MT BOX and status was ok

everything went fine
i have seen the attached file,everything seems ok to me

I think he made the file in the correct way
As there is no such hard work to make the .bat file

Now please tell me can i upload this phone again,after making a fresh file with MT Box. As i ve unlocked many other sets,without any problem .

Sir i cant understand what kind of mistake u r talking about, you have checked the file yourself ,if anything is wrong ,tell me where did i make mistake. I cant argue any more,because you have refunded my credits. And i have to do business with you in future too. Therefore i dont want to be in bad books.
please answer my simple question ,whether should i upload it agin or not ?. The simple reason is that i dont want to return the set to the customer without unlock,as he has already waited many days,I also cant use mt box, because it takes more than 2 weeks and the customer is already angry at the delay.
Please remove imei from the server,so that i may upload it again.
