Hello.
Just read dumps and convert them.
In FW folder will be new files according your new dump info, for example :
If you read IC dump, then IJ and convert them : in FW folder will be 2 firmware, so on flash tab you can select by version and language PACK
i.e. :
RM-1172 059X4M5 EA 13.00.11
RM-1172 059X4M6 IC 13.00.11
............

So, select need and flash. Or tick "Change LP only" option, but make sure about version inside phone is same, as you want to flash.

thank for answer but my proplem not this.for example new ver of nokia 130 rm-1035 is 14.00.11 not only this ver no available but also havent Persian language for read dump and i need make persian language for this version.can i convert language pack?

You can't convert langpack from one version to another.
You need find phone with same versiona and need lang and make fw from it.
