Crash dump when isntall dongle


Ho i have 2 pc with windows 7 -32 bit and same problem.when im install dongle with full setup and drivers from support my pc restart and blue screen crash dump, were is problem ?

Hello,

Do not install any drivers. Jusct connect Dongle to PC, let Windows install drivers automatically.

How to solve:
- try to uninstall all previously installed smart-card reader drivers
- if you have another card-reader (that works with your PC well) you can insert Infinity smart-card to that card-reader
