Dongel is not found infinity best Nokia

Sudenly my infinity dongel is not opening and giving error dongel is not found conect dongel and restart software i also check my card to cm2 reader but same problem.

check driver if ok
cplug sim out and clean sim and reader
then plug in
and connect dongle

I already check to put in another reader but same problem

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202

update with DongleManager only one time

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

Hello,

if card can not be read with CardID software this means it's hardware fault and you should get new card.
If you have additional activations at your damaged card it's possible to move it to new card (the same type), please see instruction - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc/?r=20
