Download and install latest Infinity software from support area. 3. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin and attach this file to your e-mail (if you do not have this file - do not attach it to e-mail) 4. Send an e-mail to dongle [at] infinity-box.com with the next information: 4.1. Confirm that 1. and 2. done 4.2. Include in your e-mail your Box/Dongle info 4.3. Attach to your e-mail fault.bin file |

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software. What to do now: 1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers: - File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z - File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202 Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6 Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader. 2.
