dongle is bloked


sir my dongle is bloked plz repair it i m flashing a fone lumia 540 during flash electricity gone when my computer is on i m open the best softwear but softwear says dongle is blocked plz help

- Read S/N (Serial Number)
- You will see Error message and Error Code

1. Uninstall any kind of usb trace/spy/sharing software and do not use it in future
2. Kill in your PC Device Manager all processes with name like usb3monitor
3. Download and install latest Infinity software from support area
4. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin and attach this file to your e-mail (if you do not have this file - do not attach it to e-mail)
5. Contact to dongle [at] infinity-box.com and confirm that operations 1. + 2. + 3. + 4. done (include in your e-mail information about your Box/Dongle S/N)
6. Wait an instruction from support !


Error Code #62:
1. Check and clean your PC for viruses
2. Download and install latest Infinity software from support area.
3. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin and attach this file to your e-mail (if you do not have this file - do not attach it to e-mail)
4. Contact to dongle [at] infinity-box.com and confirm that operations 1. + 2. + 3. done (include in your e-mail information about your Box/Dongle S/N)

i downloaded 2.21 again form suport site and install on three computer one computer is new new window no files in this computer 1 softwear install best 2.21 but same eror dongle blocked
