2. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin and attach this file to your e-mail
3. Contact to dongle [at] infinity-box.com and confirm that operations 1. + 2. done and include in your e-mail information about your Box/Dongle S/N

i m sad to know the infinity suport has been changed in 2007 work fist then coment in 2016 no work only coments after 9 days same error after all i m waste mony on another box or dongle becase of customer no wait long time

i have infinity box with pinfinder and cm 2 dongle plz tell me when theses are bloked

Our support is Ok but you are not OK.
9 days you can not read three lines of text and find fault.bin file at your PC.

Anyway we love you, even if you do not want to read instruction.
Today is weekend. At Monday your final explanation will be forwarded to support department .


Do you use any kind of usb sharing software at your PC ?

the fault is at your PC side !
Thats why we need fault.biin file to see what is wrong at your PC !

Now you have a chance to think little bit and try to find fault.bin file once again.
