dongle is not connected - GSM-Forum

Good day Infinity team,

I just buy Best Dongle last week...and then downloaded your latest update from your support site v1.12.2rar.... and i downloaded also your driver http://www.infinity-box.com/download...dReader_XP.rar

After i install the driver... and run best software... i got this error...Dongle is not connected...

and then after i press OK

so i check if it is installed properly...

and i try to insert the dongle to all usb port in my pc....and i always got this error...

so i decided to uninstall....all installed software and drivers in my pc...but i always got this error again...

and tried it to 3pc and i get the same problem....

And I'm using Windows XP service pack 2

please help me solve this problem brother....

Do you see any new device in your PC Device Manager after you connect Dongle to your PC ?

yes bro, but it always says dongle is not connected...

the Dongle is installed
UBS TOKEN DEVICE = Dongle
SOLUTION :
uninstall usb token device and reinstall it .
you can use this driver :
DriverPkey100%.zip - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download

Yesterday i had a same problem when i installed new version of mx key

Today i have checked once again I have put vygis card in my infinity box its working and when i put infinity card its showing dongle not found

put your card (( bbs5 easy)) in dongle not in box because Card ready (( donle )) and box (( infinity)) are not the same driver , for run bb5easy use Dongle BB5 easy not infinity box.
Sometimes you speak about dongle and of the other time you speak about box

you can't tun bb5 easy with infinity box !

here bro,, if i put smartcard in pkey dongle from jaf

and if i put back the smartcard to best dongle

what is the problem here bro???is it the dongle??or we need to have another driver for your dongle....
