am try with another reader but same

Hello.
Today is weekend. We should sometime have a break in work.
Check your reader, smartcard - mostly it is connection problem. Check drivers - nothing more here can be. If still no luck - contact with reseller about check/exchange.

I don't know, they are much now. If you know reader ic/type - check drivers for it exactly.
