pls excuse me if i am wrong, i tryed my best to read the card details but this is what
i am getting from cardid

1. FT SCR2000 0
2. FT SCR2000 1

Card-Reader: FT SCR2000 0
ATR: 3B7D95000080318065B08311D0A983009000
Card Manager: A000000018434D00
Send + Receive error. ISO7816 error 0x6D00 (Instruction code not supported or invalid)

Error when connecting Card in: FT SCR2000 1
SmartCard API error #2148532329
The smart card has been removed, so that further communication is not possible.

is there any thing i am missing

hope this information will be enough

this problem is there from 3/26/2018 and i am not able to use best dongle

kindly solve my problem as earliest as possible

I have a same kind of problem

Dongle can't be found:
Error when listing readers
SmartCard API error #2148532270
Cannot find a smart card reader.

This is what I got with the dongle manager. but when I put infinity smart card in it, dongle manager gets the data correctly. i feel like something has gone wrong with thw smart card. Please advise team. thanks

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader

result ?

- Run DongleManager
- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

Hello,

This Smart-Card is not an Infinity Smart-Card

- Disconnect all other Boxes and Dongles from PC
- Connect ONLY one Infinity Box/Dongle to PC

Hello,

Try to connect Dongle to another PC

If problem still exist:

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.
