Message "No Cards found" means you did not connected Dongle to PC.
What to do:
reboot pc
connect box.dongle to pc
run dongle manager
update box/dongle firmware
result ?

You must insert Smart-Car into dongle well and try again.
also you must install card-reader drivers !

You can contact to any seller to get new [BEST] Dongle.

i already have another dongle with nokia activation its serial Card found: S/N : 0E9C827C , v0122
Registered to: badr

so i want to move cm2 actvation from damaged card to new card
