Dongle problem


Hello

I have 10 years Infinity dongle. Old infinity access and on this dongle activaction to Best (nokia). Today my dongle is not visible by computer, is totaly dead. Is it possible rewrite my activaction to new smartcard?
My data from old emeralda update is
Name: Andzia
E-mail: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Reseller: Karjar
Infnity Box Card SN: 03EC7091
Dongle is not visible by CardID, computer says :Usb device not recognized.
This is problem with card just card, reader is ok.
I send info to [email protected] but I don`t have any information.

Hello,

Its possible to move activation to another Smart-Card of the same type.

No any e-mail with your S/N received via e-mail.
Resend.

Ok, but tell me I must buy empty card or possible us example cruiser card?

We can transfer activations to the same type card: Main Infinity-Box ->Main Infinity-Box, [BEST] -> [BEST]

Advice: use hot air gun and try to heat card. In some cases this may helps to get card alive for some time.

I have to use another method(support still not respond). Because my Infinity box is very old maybe I buy http://multi-com.pl/,details,id_pr,1...ity-box-dongle and You rewrite to new dongle my Best activation from dead dongle?

Sorry, Person who manage replacement still not online.
I do not know exact amount but its like that:
Estimated smart-card replacement - 50-60 usd. Delivery - regular mail (several days)

Now I have new Infinity dongle. I register this dongle and infinity software working ok, now rewrite my best activation to new dongle pleas.
old dongle number is:03EC7091
new dongle number is :CF288572.
