Dongle update failure


Hi, I've trouble with my best dongle . I have download new version of CM2MTK . When I opened it it tell me to download new dongle manager and update the dongle . What I try to do . But the process stops at the beginning and now it dont detect the SN and update won't continue .
Here is log :

After done as you say I have the same problem . The process stopped at the beginning after two bars . Here is the log :

Did you updated drivers exactly as per instruction ?

And if you have tried to send e-mails and post here your request you may get your card locked forever because if two supporters manage your card it may get very bad results for you.
So I suggest you thisnk well and use only one way to contact support.
