How to check is this software or hardware problem? If simlock data corupt only way to restore it its buy rpl?

First - try make Restore SL. If it can be done - erase and check. Also, if SL not sucess - possible also open phone and check BSI line and main voltages on power, cpu, check short on i2c and e.t.c.

Seems its hardware problem. Camera not work. May be u know after camera repair does simlock data goes back or still rpl will be needed?

Camera has nothing to Simlock on such phones, but try anyway.
