if i flash any lumia phone was unlocked before
after flash the phone will be locked again such as the iphone ??

2 ways :
Read Info.
Not tick "Reset EFS" option.

I can't explain how insert usb cable into phone and press "Read Info" ...
Or how to not check "Reset EFS" checkbox in WP7x flashing.
Lumia 8x phones not re-lock after flashing.
Lumia 7x not relock, if not checked "Reset EFS". By default it NOT checked.
