i have 380 credits in my account but i can unlocked BB5 alawyas i have 0062 erreur so you have a solution for this probleme can you answer me quickly
this is my login : 03244533DF this 2 mounths i dont have solution

Direct sl3 service is temporary suspended, 20-digits code units can not be served at the moment.

in the first steup tanks for your answer but the probleme persiste this is 2 mounthe , so it's the generaly probleme or it's just with my account

SL3 and MTK Direct Unlock ( Fast Unlock ) service is currently not working . this is the reason you are getting error 0062 . we have no time frame when the service will be back again
