Hello guys
i wanna read nokia ta-1034 firmware but i got this error
how can i solved the error

Operation : Read FirmWare [ v1.08 ]

1. Make sure device is powered off. Power off, if need. Wait 10 seconds after
2. Insert USB cable in phone

Try change interface speed in settings.
