Could you implement this?

There are some variants withs 15-digit codes.

But all existing XG213, even Asha 210 are supported.
About XG618 - need locked/unlocked phone with 15 digit exactly.
All my phones are 20 digits.

Is hash length and read procedure really different?

IMHO SL3 hash lenght doesn't differ between 15 and 20 digit phones.

Not different, but spend time to testing - not good idea. Better I make something more useful
