software hang after create ask file

i all so try to reinstal and install

Check your internet connection and firewall settings.
For get license enough even mobile connection, if no any other way to fix ISP.

no bro i have 4mb internet and downloding speed 512kb par sc
i all so use dongle last 2 year
butt this time i dont know what is problem
after create ask file software busy and still long time busy

Hi, you don't need to create a new account and username again if you did that already, just copy the licences file in the folder you've earlier backup before you format your pc. If you did not backup your licences key just donwload in your inbox at your email.

Instead of make useless pots like "where is support" you should lean how to use "search" button in this forum.
Don't you think it's much more smart way than make nonsence posts ?

Ok ok, you are the customer, you are The Boss ! The Boss should never use search !
Let me give you an instruction (that was posted in this forum 1985 times already:

Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !

- Close [BEST] software
- Install latest [BEST] software version
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail
