HELP. BEST Dongle update error. Dongle not working anymore. - GSM-Forum

I was updating my dongle. And the result is error and now my dongle not detected anymore. I looking for my dongle reseller but they business now are closed. Solution please.

yes you are right, you should contact to your seller. What is your seller name ?

It's not importan what is the text printed at your dongle. Please contact to your seller. Do you know seller name ?
