ihave 10 pcs nokia 301 i cant flashed by best easy cant detected in normal mode or local mode or dead mode what can i do i need to flash with arabic languge please help mr dzert

They work well.
Insert cable in powered off phone, PC will search drivers. Repeat 3-5 rimes. Should find, or install by hands when new device appear in list. Driver to install - winUsb.

First - need install drivers.
Power off phone, connect to PC. Check in device manager, install drivers manually from - Select manually - choose from list Nokia USB Device - Nokia USB connectivity. Same way with pic in DOCS/MTK/ folder.
