Help-Infinity Dongle Dead - GSM-Forum

Hi,
Today my infinity dongle suddenly dead while I was connecting to another Laptop. No red lite no life in the dongle.Support pls help to revive it,

Hello,
Do you have other smart card reader?
If yes, Insert the smart card to the new reader and try to run the software once.

What do yo mean by "nope" exactly?

Run the following software.

http://dl1.infinity-box.com/download...ngleManager.7z

Run DongleManager and read S/N.
Post the logs from here.

P.S: Don't post image but Post logs from here

nope means I have not another card reader,
Best dongle is totally dead and dongle Manager says

This Smart-Card is not an Infinity Smart-Card

- Disconnect all other Boxes and Dongles from PC
- Connect ONLY one Infinity Box/Dongle to PC

you must connect only Infinity-Dongle to PC and run software.

result ?

This smart card belongs to infinity best and problem solved by putting smard card into another working card reader.
