help infinyty team .my best tool cannot open .file corrupted the file has been manipulated and may be infected by a virus or cracked .this file will not work anymore.but when i install in win 7 or another computer the software will be ok.give me solution please .thank you

Check you PC with Virus

Download New from Support, Deinstall and Delete all Ordner Manual and Install New

1. Close [BEST] software
2. Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
3. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
4. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
5. Run [BEST] software
6. Enetr your data and get new licence file

Do not request license file more than 3 times per day !
If you have requested license more than 3 times today - you must wait until tomorrow.

If you still have problems - contact to [email protected]

i follow your instruction sir.but i diid not find 2 files that you mean.when i try to uninstall the message error appear like this
installer integrity check has failed .common causes include incomplete download and damage media
contact the installer,s author to obtain a new copy
NSIS Error - NSIS

As already wolfgang1502 told - check your pc, seems as virus or something else.

yup i scan using avast find some virus like themida virus.crying.......
