I followed the steps from this link and file Infinity-Box_OnlineService_2-Step-Verification.pdf
Infinity-Box - Online Service

I did as the pictures of the steps

And came out of the log before Copy Token

He then entered login asked Token

I do not know the code and I can not access my account without code

I spoke with said support

You enabled 2 step verification, so, you need get token from sw. All work well.

I just enabled and checked again.
All work.
When ios ask for token - run Token SW, connect dongle/box, insert token from is, press calculate. Insert result in ios.

Could you please explain, what was the problem ?
Is it was not clear instruction or anything else ?

We follow a pdf file
1. Sign in to your Infinity Online Service account with your Username and Password.
2. You will see 2-Step Verification page
3. Download and run Token software
4. Copy “ID” value from page “ID” field to software
5. Click to software “Calculate” button
6. Copy “Token” value from software to page “Token” field
7. Click to “Login” button to finalize process

All Steps are 100% correct
But the problem is in the

PHP Code:

  [server]

login=xxxxx

password=xxxxxx

Modified with account data
The following tracks and put the last line in the file and save it

C:\InfinityBox\BEST\best.ini
C:\InfinityBox\BEST\settings.ini

Then open Token.exe program

And take ID available now from your login and then we put Calculate
And press the token

Token number will copy to the page will be successfully log

Note: The most important information is true Xi in the following files:
settings.ini
best.ini
Even program works Token.exe

Thanks for info, but actually, Token.exe have no relation with C:\InfinityBox\BEST\best.ini and/or C:\InfinityBox\BEST\settings.ini

Token.exe allow you to login to your Web Online Account.

C:\InfinityBox\BEST\best.ini and C:\InfinityBox\BEST\settings.ini files used by software when you want to upload SL3 jobs to server.
