Good day , I can not activate the dongle . Please prasheniya for my English - I'm Russian . Here's the log with Dongle Manager

Hello,

- Download "DongleManager" - http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...ngleManager.7z
- Run DongleManager.exe
- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

Send Box/Dongle info text to [email protected]
DO NOT send screenshot/pictures - just copy/paste text from software window to your message

Thanks, it works. Tell me if there is my fault what happened, because of what could appear a problem? You can avoid both a similar problem in the future?
