So, try luck with Rogers FW, get latest available. If RKH is same - it should be flashed.
If not - exist other way , it based on CAB sender and it is generic for most WP7 phones.

i have found rogers firmware revision 2175.2301.8779.12222 in best server and in my phone firmware is 2175.2307.8858.12480.
Is it possible to flash?

In BEST Navi (inside BEST exactly) should be latest FW.

Yes, I see now. Strange, seems as it updated over Zune.
You can flash lower version well.

Also, if you fail with update (due not compatible RKH) - post OS version (Settings - about WindowsPhone)
