I got one, I have installed on my computer, but when I restart the computer, it does not work, I've tried all the ways the possibilities but I can not fix this problem.

What does "it does not work" means ?

Drivers are problems, and the software does not open, I get an error "dongle not connected" When I was doing the driver update computer turns on and off all the time, in windows 8 that does not happen, but I need it to work on my computer, thanks for the help ..

Uninstall Card-reader device in Device manager
Reboot PC
Connect Dongle to PC
Windows should install drivers automatically

Result ?
