there is a bunch of things to try before yelling on support, like :

- retry with FULLY CHARGED, ORIGINAL battery
- open phone and check battery contacts for desolder/bad solder
- check BSI line
- check USB cable
- check USB connector and lines on the phone, if needed - replace it
- use another PC to retry flashing

if still the same - reflow CPU/Flash memory combo gently.

aand ... if still the same ... phone is ready for trash bin,
mainboard just got cracked somewhere, nothing to do about that.
(or ram/flash memory, maybe even cpu simply died of age/usage).
