-> New : Power Off Phone, press and hold VOL_DOWN and POWER keys, until FASTBOOT screen appear

When will be available the new sw? I need to say something to my customer. 1 day, 1 week or 1 month.... He is vary angry to me, because his phone stuck in download mode and he can't use it

It may be online in 1 day or in 1 month, it depends on situation.
If you really this kind of solution urgently you can try to find other offers at market (let's hope you can find something but I am not sure).
If you can not find anything you have the only way - wait.

Just check support forum, you will see that incompleted jobs are always refunded by Infinity so for sure this kind of problem is not exist for Infinity users
