how to flash Nokia X

please anybody tell me how to flash nokia X in best dongle, i downloaded the file and i will try to flash but this error will come

Dead Mode is Selected
Waiting for USB device...
1. Phone should be Off!
2. Press and hold 'Volume Down' and 'Power' buttons
3. When feel short vibra - release 'Power' button, but keep hold 'Volume Down' button
4. Insert USB cable and hold button, until phone will be detected
Device boot not done
Check Drivers
Try again

these error will come pls anybody help me how to flash and whats the problem i will meet and whats its solution...

r u shure ur fone drivers is ok if u dont know go to my computer properties and device manager and check ur drivers and then flash it

Tip:

1: Just press and hold 'Volume Down' only don't press "power button"

Insert USB cable
