Dear Team please guide me how to download nokia firmware from best support, i tried alot but all in vain.

Your Dongle is Infinity-Box/Dongle, now if you want use BEST you can buy activation for your card from your IOS or from near reseller

You can download directly from your infinity best dongle. Just click on NaviManager and select the model you want to download.
