How to read user code..


When i try to read user code, read information or want to do Factory Settings in SERVICE Column, could not do as these columns are in fade shape not prominent.Same problem in REPAIR & USER DATA Column. What settings to b done to use these functions

Me is a new user of Best Dongle. Please help

Hello.
You need connect mobile first in service mode.
Check manual and videos on support area first.

Sir , in SERVICE mode , i can not press Read Info as it is in faded condition & nothing happen. I searched a lot but could not get accurate procedure. Please you guide me

Press "Read RPL" , then connect mobile.
Wait some time. All buttons became enabled.
BECAUSE SW CATCH CONNECTED PHONE AUTOMATICALLY!!!
All that explained IN MANUAL!!! READ IT!

Need just set correct BSI value on cable. Som enough 5,3, some 7,1 kOhm.
