Dear infinity team,

Tell me the procedure to remove usercode from Nokia Asha 502 Rm-921.

Hello.
If need just rest phone - flash Content (image) only with factory settings and that is all.

in this process user data will erased or not, if yes how to do with safe mode without erasing userdata.

Yes, it will.
Asha and all latest S40 and "AshaOS" phones will not connect in local mode, if user code set.
Way is erase user data only.
For XG618 and XG221 BEST can readout Flash and extract gallery. For XG223 solution is ready for half. If you can wait approx 2 week - I can do something. It will take some much time, but it will work.
