Just simple phone reboot should reset.
Also Hard Reset should.

In WP8.0 it was reset after power off.

WP7 and WP8 differs. WP7 even not need flash.

whitout flash
the solution is best infinity dongle
1. connect in normal mode
2.-switch to test mode using the best sw
3.- wait to install drivers
4.-select the option to repair
5.-clear sim lock
6.-switch to normal mode using the best sw
7.-enter code and enjoy
by tecceljjr
