Try replace(Good) Lcd, if same
search in hardware section.

im massundarstand i thought that was 1208 .any try by flash file if still same check by H,D

cheack the log its not 1208 . its 1280.

in pic . its not show the lock info .

cheack it if its shows damaged then not possible to solve . if lock shows ok then cheack self test if lcd failed then change lcd and check points
