Member: 1933548 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19 | How to solve the errors in update process 1-all Card-readers works well for ordinary operations 2- but for card update operation some card-readers may gives problems like this : Box/Dongle type: [BEST] Locating server... Server address found Connecting to server Server connection successfully established S/N: --------, HWID: 0104985920881292, Firmware: 0000.00 Authenticating on server... Authentication stage error: Server reported error:[0007] No more upgrade logs. Dongle is up-to-date and has latest firmware. DO NOT try more ! and ................................. this Authentication successfull Checking DongleManager version... Your DongleManager is up-to-date Checking Dongle Identification... Dongle Identification checked Service stage 1 confirmed Securing session... Session secured ok Upgrading dongle... DO NOT disconnect Card ! WAIT 3-4 minutes ! Last APDU: 51 sec Card returned error - 6982 (9347/10659) Error upgrading applets: Card returned error - 6982 (9347/10659) Disconnected 1-Make sure that drivers version is Like the picture and Try update again this is the driver http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...T2K_x32_x64.7z  if the problem not solved after update drivers , WHAT DO YOU DO ! Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader like Z3X BOX .... EASY JTAG....Or another Box and install the smart card drivers and ty update your card 1 time with DongleManager I tested the EASY JTAG BOX WORK 100\100  |
