I made a backup 35826004xxxxxxxx.pm
I made reset counter with a tool
after phone goes to contact service mode
how to write back the 35826004xxxxxxxx.pm file or get away from contact service?

By "Write PM" button. Select write mode and write.

How to write back to phone?

There is BEST support section.
BEST. If you have it - you can easily fix CS after such issue, write PM and etc.

There is named by same name buttons in repair tab.
And PM tool in service tab.

Seems as you have no idea at all how Nokia devices can be and should be serviced.
Force device to local mode first by READ RPL button with Xgold ticked.
