No problem in that.

But still u didn't activate CM2 release activation for best users.
Right now only test.
Plz provide it.

CM2 activation will be available for Respcted [BEST] User as soon as we will finalize BEST/Infinity Smart-Card compatibility process.

1. What is your Infinity-Box S/N ?
2. What is your HUA software version ?

Close any other software and run only HUA software.
If you run Infinity at the same time with HUA - it can not work

Please be sure that you really using latest HUA software - HUADongle(All-in-One)_Rev1.3.4 - Download - 4shared

Also see here how to run and select Infinity activation well - http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f296...users-1983140/

please confirm that you have made all steps well.

Update your Dongle with DongleManager once again and run HUA software again.

Please tell me have you selected "Infinity-Box" and click to "Run" as shown at first picture here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f296...users-1983140/

pls make a screenshot of whole screen (two HUA windows with box type selection and error message) but not only error mesaage window
