i need file from support area


hello


guys



i have tow dongles one is cm2 the other on is best nokia



now i need file for ta-1114


i can acess to ios by cm2 username Expired: 07-Jan-2021; Support: Active

but i dont find nokia


what can i do

You must login to IOS with your username that is linked to your BEST dongle.

Guys guys. When i read my username and password for best dongle.
And put it in user.inifinty.
Guve wrong pass or username.
When i try to recover it by email.
It give me a password for cm2 username. And this is i don't need coz i know it.
I hope it's clear now.

Hi,


You should connect [BEST] Dongle to PC and read it's Username and Password.
And then you should login to support with that username and password.


What is the result ?

After a long time i am entering into support area, it just asks for New password when i enter. it does not go beyond...Do I need to buy credits for downloading files from support ??

What is wrong with instruction that you see ?

you must SET NEW PASSWORD for your account.

enter old password
enter new password
enter new password again

i will explain

first i buy best nokia
then buy cm2 dongle

both registerd with sam e-mail

ios for cm2 i have acess to it

but best no
and when try to recover it by email it give me link for cm2

i hope it is clear brother
and i hope to solve it ASAP

Yes, it may be that mail service move e-mail to junk. That's why there is an instruction to check SPAM/JUNK folder in case of any problem
