infinity bb5 dolge not connected on win 7 32 bit


respected experts,

i have installed win 7 32 bit. but unfortunately i have smart card driver issue. plz expert help me to install smart card driver.

Check your reader first, normally - Windows install drivers automatically from internet.

Hello,

In most cases W7 install drivers automatically.
Even if you have seen some kind of error - just run BEST software and see results.

Facing Problem to use with win7

after install by windows update
1: dongle not connected
2: range error
after That i install Card-Reader_PKey_XP.exe.zip (2.695 Kb)
as i connect dongle to system system reastrt
i forget how to remove manual drivers


if any one xperiansed same problem plz guide

If system going to BSOD/Reset - that mean you have installed some driver filer/sniffer, for example , or something like that.

As I connect dongle it suddenly goes in this state and restart system

"REFERENCE_BY_POINTER" - that mean driver conflict. JCOP card and some drivers filters can't live together.

Only Re-install Windows.
Even if you find some filters and remove - too much work in registry and rest stuff. If you have 1-2 free weeks to clean up your windows fully - sure you can clean it.

Will Install New Window ...
But will chek the dongle on Other system ...
if u hv proper and tested drivers for win 7 32bit for smart card plz post here ...

Range check over.....

windows reinstalled Now
All Devices And other box cards working fine .
But On desired One
infinity-bb5-dolge Not CONNECTING

Installed drivers via windows updates auto

yes i hv many boxes

ir key,easy jtag from z3x,se tool smart cards of these boxes working fine .
