as this is very old dongle trying to use after long time. before same user name and email working fine . can u pls sort this out

hi

after installing new os to my pc and running best software it asks me a email address to send a licence file but untill 24 12 hour no licence file recieved in my email

what shoul i do?

- Close [BEST] software
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter VALID but not fake e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

done 3 times but still not sending the licence file to my email after few hours

Good day,
Please I am a new user to infinity dongle and after installation, i got this message when I tried opening infinity best on my pc

"Message: You will get licence file to e-mail ([email protected]) in nearest 10 minutes."

But i waited for days and retried but got no mail neither in my inbox nor in spam.
