I cannot sign ios server


I CANNOT SIGN IOS SERVER I HAVE CORRECT EMAIL ID
Request status:

Wrong e-mail: [email protected]

please reset i received email from infinity email when i reg but on ios it say not vaild email please give urgent solution

I have a some problem, please help

When I try to read the dongle number or update, the "DongleManager" said to me:
"Searching...
Dongle can't be found:
Card with specified AID is not found"

Drivers for card reader is ok.
Is this the end?

- Run CardID software - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=7
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

ty, but there didn't see the card too.

SOLUTION:
Problem was in contacts beetwen card and card reader, didn't understand where exactly, just several times pulled and inserted card from card reader.

So if somebody have problem with card like my: "dongle manager" and "CardID software" didn't see the card (not card reader, card reader and drivers is ok, but the card itself), you must check contacts.

More steps to get it done:

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

You should use good valid working e-mail address but not fake.
so make everything well and you will get licence file via e-mail automatically.

Support renewl issue:

Hellow Team' im using Nokia BEST Dongle for nokia & CM2 Dongle for others

Now my CM2 Support period is expired, so if i renew my support for CM2 Dongle, Will i've to renew my BEST Dongle Support in future also!

No! Best software is lifetime tool while CM2 is yearly activation
