Hello,

What to do:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

OR

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader)

The next steps are:

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware


- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

hi all moderators
in my nokia best I have problem with getting licence
this time I want to get a licence but I get this massage : you will get licence file to email ([email protected]) in nearest 10 minutes.
I try over 10 time in a weak a go.

Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !

- Close [BEST] software
- Install latest [BEST] software version
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your GOOD WORKING e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

I have a dongle best
I have no problems after installing and running
But....
After some time, I'll get a warning to run the dongle

I showed a warning




There are no anti-virus and security systems in my system

What is the reason for this problem?

pls help me...
you should check you PC for viruses, remove viruses and re-install [BEST] software after that.
if you do not have any antivirus installed you can use f.e. Dr Web cure module
