best team you create more trouble for us ,i have get email but could, found the file just serial number in email .now what we should be do by that serial ,copy post in c infanity box ,or in into tixeDocuments?????????

alot thank's for solution given i have reciecved by email copy the licence before work in fine on old version but new version setup 2.21 not work here is screen shot but old version and newer version
