bb5 dongle new virson no install

sir when i install ver 2.14dongle is ok but when i install 2.18 or higher ver my dongle window not open and erroe whats problam sir and sory for my bad inglash

my problam solved

sir my problaim automaticly solve i no whats problam but tody i install 2.21 setup ond it is work but sence few days when i install 1.14 setup ok but then i install 1.15 or higher window not open and error thanks *** my problam solve
