now right click on (Qualcomm hs-USB QDLoader 9008) in device manager
and update drivers to nokia emergency drivers manually

SW clearly wrote : RECONNECT POWER and CABLE.
Hold POWER ON button, while phone connected to pc, until you not hear diaconnect and then connect sound in windows.
Repeat operation.
