Do you have any kind of sharing/sniff/debug software installed ? do u have fault.bin,,if not then make clean install means uninstall and delect folder then install and check again

yes i have install many software also fault.bin in folder when i delete this and run BEST2.exe fault.bin automaticllay creat and nothing heppan
also uninstall and reinstall but no success

BEST.exe work well but BEST2.exe not work

You are very Hard of understand.

"fault.bin" is signal that in you Pc is installed any Kind of "Sharing Port", like FLEXIHUB, or Other similar program.

If you NOT UNINSTALL these and have "faul.bin" NEVER CAN RUN.
